1. Mobilization Advances & Retainers
Advance mobilization funds deposited for raw materials, machinery procurement, and site preparation are allocated directly to suppliers and on-site works as per contractual agreements.
2. Cancellation & Audit Review
In the event of client-requested cancellation before ground breaking, any unutilized balance after deducting administrative and survey costs will be settled pursuant to the project agreement within 30 business days.
